Some people ask what I'll do for them when I get to Washington. Your success or failure should have little to do with anyone in Washington. If you're looking for someone or some party to take care of you from cradle to grave, you'll love my opponent. But if you believe in rugged individualism, hard work, ingenuity and personal responsibility with favor from God, then I'm your man. I'll vote For Individual Health Savings Accounts (unlike my opponent) so you can look out for your own health care like you do for your own car, apartment, house or HDTV. If everyone did what they could for themselves, we could focus our community funds on the necessities, like National Defense & Intelligence, Roads, Bridges & Levees, and better sewer & water for our communities that need it.

Lower Taxes - Good fiscal Conservatives, like John F. Kennedy and Ronald Reagan, increased revenues to the U.S. Treasury by lowering taxes. When taxes are decreased, increased revenue in the hands of investors means more investments = more jobs. More jobs = more workers, more taxpayers and more money flowing to the U.S. treasury. It works very well when combined with lower spending. And-

Our Founding Fathers believed:

that we are smart and able enough to take care of ourselves, raise our own children and spend our own money better than the government, and with Divine inspiration, they designed a government of, by and for ... We The People.
that all men and women are Created equal and are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. And
that liberty, while a free gift placed deep in the heart of every human by God Himself as He created us in His image and formed us in our mother's womb, is not cheap. In fact it is very valuable and most worth defending, and stout-hearted men and women of our nation's youth pledged their fortunes, their honor, their very lives in the defense of this nation and their freedom. As Patrick Henry declared, "I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me Liberty, or give me death!" -So goes the hearts' cry today of every real American.

Key Ingredients for a Free Society:

Private Property - a person's home is their castle and no entity should be able to confiscate it at once or a little at a time. -Eliminate all personal property taxes! Taxes should be levied only at the point of the sale.

The right to keep and bear arms - absolutely essential for any free society. If We The People are the government, then We The People ought to retain the right to defend ourselves, our land and our Constitution. Among the primary purposes for the 2^nd Amendment to the U.S. Constitution are self defense, national defense and so that We The People could defend ourselves against a tyrannical government run-a-muck.

Free Market Economy - the law of supply and demand has demonstrably proven to work very well with minimal or no outside interference. Government has no place infringing on a free market economy and all back-door price controls and free-market infringement laws should be repealed forthwith.

Freedom OF Religion -not freedom from religion. Before our founders framed the Constitution, they all sought The LORD as one, for Divine Guidance, lest they write something that fares no better than any other in history. Of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence, 52 were devout members of their church, and many of them were Ordained Ministers. This country was founded by Judeo-Christians, and the principles employed in our founding documents in fact come from the Bible.
