  Create Jobs!

  Small Business owners provide more jobs than larger corporations and government - (though that distinction is currently in peril). Through my conversations with many small business owners in Texas’ Congressional District 15, I’ve heard things that echo my suspicions, and that is that if the government would just get off of our backs, we could be the best we can be.

  About the only thing government could possibly do to positively affect businesses and jobs is to cut taxes. When taxes are reduced, those who have more money available to put at risk do so by providing jobs - with no guarantees (they could make more money, or they could lose money), but they do put their money at risk in our capitalist economy (may the straps of government red tape trying to infringe upon it evaporate). With more jobs, we have more tax payers and more people with disposable income and purchasing power. The net result of all of this is more revenues flowing to Washington without restricting our earning or productive power.

  This has been the proven result from the tax-cuts of Ronald Reagan, John F. Kennedy, and George W Bush. Since anyone can easily verify this with just a modicum of research, why would they not do it? The answer goes to the heart of what type of political enemy we face on a daily basis.

  The Liberals (socialists, communists, Marxists, liars) believe that the only thing that needs to be grown is government, which necessarily infringes upon our individual, corporate and business liberty by design, and thereby creates a people and country that is more and more dependent on government for their daily everything (and their goal is total control).

  Only Conservatives in the political realm are really looking out for your best interests of liberty, lower taxes and increased economic opportunity - apart from government - while simultaneously decreasing the size, power and scope of government back to levels envisioned by the Founding Fathers of our Constitution.
