Pro-Troops & Pro-Veterans
The finest men and women in America (and some from outside) volunteer for front-line service in protection of our freedom, our nation and our Constitution. Every Soldier, Sailor, Airman, Marine and Coast Guard Cadet knows what they are putting at risk, but also what they are defending, and while not all of them will see front-line combat action, they will all play a vital role towards the same in some form of support.
In addition to that, the time away from family and loved ones is significant at times, not to mention lost holidays and birthdays in some cases for a few years at a time.
I encourage continuous thanks for all of our Troops currently serving, as well as our Veterans. Please send cards, letters and care packages as often as you can. It really does make a difference.
I proudly served for six years in the United States Navy and I still recommend it for any young person who may not have solid plans yet for their future. Educational and other VA benefits can be very helpful.
