The 2nd Amendment

Strongly Support the Right to Keep and Bear Arms!

Private Property ownership and the Right to Keep and Bear Arms are two essential ingredients to any free society. Our Founding Fathers recognized this, as well as the fact that our rights are inalienable because they come from Almighty God and not from any government. If government could possibly “give” you rights, then government would be able to take them away at the whim of government.

We are created beings and this signifies a Creator, which is acknowledged in our founding documents, and placed deep within each of us is a yearning for freedom. Included with this is the right to defend ourselves, our families and our property from those who would try to impose their will on us by force.

The Second Amendment to the Constitution states : A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the People to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

No part of any government should be able to infringe upon our right to keep and bear arms. No part of any government should be able to require any kind of tax or registration on arms, arms parts or ammunition.

It has been said, and I wholeheartedly agree, that an armed citizenry are Citizens able to protect their own rights, while a disarmed citizenry are subjects of the ruling government.

The primary purpose for the 2nd Amendment was: So that We The People could protect ourselves against a tyrannical government run-amuck when and if necessary.
